SS-1, SS-1H and SS-1P

Is a standard grade of asphalt emulsion for use as a Tack Coat, Fine Graded Mixes, Dust Control & Fog Seal.  The Texas Department of Transportation lists the typical uses of this material as pre-coating, fog seal, tack coating, curing membrane, erosion control and SS-1P used as a crack sealer under Table 18, paragraph 300.4. page 214 in the 2004 State Handbook.
