Company ProfileFounded in 1955 by the late William E. Bryan, this second generation, Henderson based, family business continues to excel under the leadership of Billy T. Bryan, as an independent marketer of asphalt products to counties and hot mix plants. Located in the piney woods of East Texas, Bryan & Bryan Asphalt is the largest supplier of Road Oil to counties in Texas. In it’s 56+ year history, Bryan & Bryan has grown from a small one truck operation to an asphalt terminal with over 300,000 barrels of storage capacity. With Bryan & Bryan Asphalt’s sister company, Trinity Asphalt, the two companies service counties and hot mix plants in Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas. With two separate trucking companies, Bryan & Bryan Trucking and BMR Transport both transportation and material needs can be met simultaneously or independently as the customer needs.
